Mount Mercy University is hosting "Tales of the Season" Sunday, December 2, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. Activities will include storytelling with Steve Arnold, holiday crafts, cookie decorating and a special guest appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus. The event is free and open to the public. Reservations in advance are required and should be submitted to Mount Mercy's Associate Director of Alumni Relations Catherine Shafer at cshafer@mtmercy.edu by November 27.
"Tales of the Season" is sponsored by Mount Mercy's Alumni Association. Community members and alums are invited to campus to participate in this festive event and celebrate the holiday season. Photo opportunities with Santa will be available. All events will be held in the Commons of the University Center on campus.
"This is a really fun way for our alumni association to offer a service to the community and provide a family-friendly event that will connect our alumni and community members," Shafer said.
