Mount Mercy University has ranked higher in the top 25 Best Midwest Colleges according to the U.S. News & World Report. Mount Mercy ranked 21st in the Midwest Regional Colleges category, jumping ahead from last year’s rank of 24th, as cited in the 2013 Best Colleges guide released by U.S. News & World Report, and which will be on newsstands September 18.
The U.S. News college rankings has grown to be the most comprehensive research tool for students and parents considering higher education opportunities. The America’s Best Colleges ranking package, which includes extensive editorial content and multimedia resources, has helped families navigate the difficult decisions involved throughout the college process, from college admission and selection to financing options.

Mount Mercy offers baccalaureate and graduate education to more than 1,800 traditional, transfer, adult and graduate students. Popular undergraduate majors include business, education, criminal justice, nursing, and social work. Graduate programs are offered in business, education, nursing and marriage and family therapy.
